Last updated: May 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By entering and utilizing the browser utilities housed at UtilifyHub, you signify your full agreement and binding commitment to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment of these clauses, you must cease site access immediately.
2. Acceptable Use License
UtilifyHub provides free, high-performance browser-based tools for casual, research, professional, and educational tasks. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not utilize our assets to execute automated scraping attacks, denial-of-service cycles, or attempt server disruption of the global Cloudflare edge delivery networks hosting our assets.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Every utility housed on our platform is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. UtilifyHub makes no technical assertions or warranty assurances that the conversions (e.g., compound interest equations, Base64 translations, time adjustments) are completely free from mathematical anomalies or software bugs. You accept full responsibility for verifying output metrics before incorporating them into professional production databases or financial models.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall UtilifyHub, its developer partners, or hosting administrators be held liable for any damages (including lost profits, server down-times, diagnostic discrepancies, data errors, or business disruptions) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools, even if notified of such eventualities.
5. Intellectual Property
The code layout, custom stylesheet tokens, logos, and dashboard compositions are the exclusive intellectual property of UtilifyHub. However, the user inputs processed through our tools remain entirely the property of their respective creators; we claim zero licensing rights over any raw files, characters, or assets you parse locally.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
Any operational disputes or legal issues relating to UtilifyHub shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the local legislation of Australia, without regard to conflict of law codes.
