One address, read by the person who builds this site rather than a support queue. Corrections to a calculation, bugs, requests for a tool that should exist here, and anything about privacy or these pages all go to the same place.
This is the only address for the site. Mail to it is routed to a person, and replies come from a person.
Reporting a wrong number
This is the most useful message you can send. Several tools here print figures people act on — a road tax amount, a monthly instalment, stamp duty, a word count against a submission limit — and a figure that is quietly wrong is the worst thing this site can do.
What makes a report actionable: which tool, what you entered, what it printed, and what you expected instead. If you are comparing against a specific source — a bank letter, a JPJ receipt, Microsoft Word — say which. Nearly every correction made to this site so far started with someone holding a real document that disagreed with the screen.
Reporting a bug
Which tool, what you did, and what went wrong is enough to start. Your browser and whether you are on a phone or a computer help, because several of these tools push the browser hard enough that behaviour genuinely differs between them.
Please do not attach the file or document that triggered it. We cannot read what happens inside your browser and we do not want a copy of your invoice, your contract or your image in an inbox. A description of the file — how large, what type, roughly what was in it — is what is actually needed, and if a sample really is unavoidable we will ask for one with the real details replaced.
Requesting a tool
Tools get added because someone described a job they were doing by hand. The useful version of this request is the job rather than the tool: what you were trying to produce, what you use now, and where it wastes your time. That is more likely to result in something you can actually use than a feature name is.
Not everything gets built. Anything that needs an account, a server, or a copy of your data cannot exist on this site by design, and anything that would produce a document impersonating a real record or a real organisation is declined outright.
Privacy and data requests
The site holds no account, no mailing list and no database, so in almost every case there is nothing on our side to look up, correct or delete. The Privacy page sets out exactly what does and does not happen to data here, including the position under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
If you want to raise something under the PDPA anyway, or you simply want a clearer answer than that page gives, write to the address above and it will reach a person rather than a form.
What this address is not
It is not a channel for guest posts, link exchanges, sponsored articles, or offers to buy placement in the tool directory. None of those are accepted, and the tool list is not for sale.
